Recruiting of good developers
When Michael started, we had a team of 2 developers, but that has since grown to 8 developers and a tester. Together, we look every day at how we can make things better for our customers and colleagues.
Recruiting good developers has always been a challenge, but we work with new technologies, which makes it attractive for developers to start working at ABF.”

A nice trend
“It’s important to also understand why we do certain things and to what goal it contributes. Together with the team, we make a good estimate and plan, where everyone’s contribution is essential.
There is a functional hierarchy in the organization, but the input from everyone is just as important and is actually acted upon. Within ABF, we always ensure that our knowledge is up-to-date, and you are fully facilitated in that. For instance, I regularly attend conferences, like the recent one in Kopenhagen, and ABF makes that possible as long as you initiate it yourself.
It also says a lot that people who have left ABF come back, a nice trend that gives me the confirmation that I am in the best place.”
