Sergio moved from Italy to Rotterdam with his family as an expat. He started at ABF as an Account Manager, but now as a Regional Manager, he is responsible for three sales teams, making him a key part of ABF’s commercial team.

From the Benelux all the way to Japan
Sergio leads three sales teams on a daily basis that focus on the market from the Benelux and Italy all the way to Japan. The organization is growing rapidly, which meant that new positions were being created.
Thus, a layer of Regional Managers emerged and ABF asked him if he wanted to fill that role.
Time to listen to each other
“We are constantly developing, which makes the work challenging, but it also means you can grow with the organization, like I have. Every day, the entire team takes on the challenge of taking ABF to the next level.
It’s a dynamic environment, but we always find the time to listen to each other and to really help out if needed.
