ABF Specialist

As an Inbound Logistics Employee, you are responsible for the smooth flow of our incoming goods. You play an important role in our logistics process and ensure that everything runs efficiently. In addition to receiving goods, you will also handle the administrative side of the job, accurately processing packing slips and organizing and archiving documents. Last but certainly not least, you will join a friendly team with a mix of ages and backgrounds, making you occasionally forget that you are actually at work.

What will you do?

  • Ensure that all incoming goods are processed correctly on a daily basis

  • Be responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of incoming goods

  • Correctly process, organize, and archive packing slips and other documents

What do you bring?

  • You have an affinity with or experience in the logistics sector

  • You have a good command of both Dutch and English (minimum B1 level in speaking and writing)

  • You are independent, responsible, and willing to step up when needed

  • You work in a structured manner and are proactive

  • Having an OME100 certificate is a plus, but definitely not required!

What do we offer you?

  • A salary between €2,700 and €2,900 gross per month, depending on experience and education.

  • Our working hours are between 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM and 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM. You will always receive your schedule at least one month in advance. If you work until 8:00 PM, you will receive a 50% gross hourly allowance between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

  • 28 vacation days (based on full-time employment), and yes, we actually want you to use them.

  • A bonus scheme of up to 6% of your annual salary.

  • A freshly prepared lunch provided daily in the company cafeteria.

  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (up to €180 per month) and 100% reimbursement for public transport costs.

  • An annual training budget for courses and personal development, with no repayment obligation if the training is relevant to your role.
