Our sales department consists of ten colleagues from different places around the globe, each being in charge of their own sales region by language. 

To expand our department, we are looking for an Account Manager for the Nordics


Your mission

There is a great deal of challenge of further development of this Nordic region. You are the face and voice of ABF in the Nordics and you will use your expertise, experience, and enthusiasm to enter your prospects and retain your customers. You are a true professional who is good with words and great at sensing and exceeding your customer’s expectations. Of course, you also persuade your prospects and customers to place their orders with us. As a member of our sales team, you are responsible for the economic results and customer satisfaction within your region. Moreover, you are not afraid of cooperation with people from all walks of life and countries to reach your targets 

 

Your responsibilities

  • Processing both quote requests and orders
  • Responding to your customer’s questions and comments Building, maintaining and expanding customer contact
  • Expand your expertise in products and market development
  • Develop and execute an aquisition plan
  • Besided the inside sales activities within this position, you have the freedom of planning 4 (or more if necessary) business trips per year to your key accounts 
  • You report to the Sales Manager
  • Contribute to improvements with regards to the sales department and the entire organisation
  • Actively participate in monthly sales meetings

Requirements

Your qualifications

  • You have a bachelor degree
  • You speak at least one of the following languages (near) native: Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian. It's a plus (but certainly not a requirement) if you speak a Baltic language besides a Nordic language
  • Our official language is English and for this reason you master the language fluently

  • Some years of experience in a commercial (external) sales position
  • You are at least 32H per week available
  • You are independent, show initiative, highly organised and communicative on a professional level. Some affinity and experience with engineering products. You feel responsible for both customers and prospects and strive to exceed their demands and expectations
